Overview

GRAFT (Genomic Rearrangement Assembly For Tumours) is an algorithm designed to time rearrangements.

This algorithm uses integer allelic copy number (from PICNIC for example), associated aberrantly mapping paired end read data, and point mutation data.

Download and Installation

This code requires Matlab with the statistics toolbox.
