Interested in symbiosis and genomics

I worked on developing a method, MarkerScan, to disentangle cobionts and contaminants in the genomic data produced under the Tree of Life project.

This methodology was used to do an in-depth analysis of Wolbachia infections among insects sampled for the Darwin Tree of Life project.
