Juan Pablo applies his experience in data analysis and visualisation to craft engaging scientific reports. These reports aid researchers in interpreting and communicating their R&D findings about diverse taxonomic groups, while also assisting managers in making informed decisions regarding resource allocation and sample prioritisation.
He can handle diverse data types, including laboratory data for genomics projects, as well as taxonomic, spatial, and climatic data for ecological and biogeographical analyses. Leveraging his scientific skills and expertise in R, Python, SQL, and Tableau, he effectively curates and extracts valuable insights from complex datasets.
Juan Pablo has a D.Sc. in Botany from the University of São Paulo and an academic background in Plant Systematics and Biodiversity Informatics.
