Generating material for high quality genome production of diverse nematodes.

I am interested in studying the biology of different animals particularily nematodes. Currently, I am working on a project involved in studying the chromosome evolution of nematodes by bulk sequencing all cultured species and single worm extraction for those that cannot be cultured. I cryopreserve all the strains, inbreed strains, DNA barcoding and provide DNA material for sequencing
