Wendy is part of the informatics team within Translational Cancer Genomics group.
Her work ranges from building public therapeutics web portals which host the large datasets generated in the lab to developing various software tools for lab tracking and data processing.
Wendy is the lead developer of GDSC website (https://www.cancerrxgene.org), the largest public resource for pharmacogenomic data in cancer cells.
She also contributes to the Cell Model Passports (https://cellmodelpassports.sanger.ac.uk), a hub for clinical, genetic and functional datasets of preclinical cancer models.
