I joined the HR team as Learning & Development Partner in September 2015.
I am a Human Resources professional with experience of both Learning and Development and generalist HR. I am truly passionate about helping both employees and the Institute reach their full potential.
I am responsible for managing the strategic direction of the Learning & Development function across the Institute. I work in partnership with managers to identify current and future learning needs and provide advice on suitable development programmes. I am committed to further developing our leadership and management framework as well as deliver a range of blended learning interventions which will support employee career development.
I am a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) as well as a qualified executive coach.
