Dr Kedar Natarajan | Postdoctoral Fellow

Natarajan, Kedar

My work leverages single cell approaches to understand the interplay between cell cycle and gene expression during early development, differentiation and during cell fate specification. My work uses a combination of different experimental and computational approaches on embryonic stem cells, T-lymphocytes and mouse tissues.

I received my PhD from Imperial College London and worked between MRC-Clinical Sciences Centre, Faculty of Medicine and Department of Mathematics. During my doctorate, I developed a systems biology approach to dissect chromatin proteome associated during transcription states in embryonic stem cells. Prior to PhD, I received Masters and dual Bachelor's degree in India.
