My role as Employee Engagement and Communications Manager will be instrumental in helping to shape the approach to engagement, communication and employer branding. I will support the development of organisational values, and from those launch new employee initiatives and channels that encourage engagement with the long term vision.
As an experienced Employee Communications professional I will aim to collaborate and understand the key engagement drivers for the organisation, launching programmes that support our employees, their values and wellbeing, and our local communities.
Working across campus and with appropriate strategic and charitable partners, engaging and communicating will be key to demonstrating the role everyone has to play in the ground-breaking medical research and world-class science the organisation delivers.
