Kumasaka, Natsuhiko

I aim to understand biological phenomena through mathematical/statistical modeling. Currently I'm working on a novel statistical approach that uses a pairwise hierarchical model incorporating a Mendelian Randomisation technique to map causal regulatory interactions in the human genome.
