Hunt, Martin

Martin is a Senior Bioinformatician in the Pathogen Informatics team, whose main responsibilities are to develop sequence analysis pipelines and provide informatics support to the Pathogen Variation programme. His main interest is in algorithm and tool development for genome assembly.
