Prepulse Inhibition Data for Akt2 (MAAE)
Standard Protocol
Prepulse Inhibition (week 11) (Mice were fed on Mouse Breeder Diet (5021, Labdiet) from weaning): Mice are assessed for prepulse inhibition of the startle reflex using acoustic startle chamber apparatus (Med Associates). All pulses consisted of 10ms of white noise. Background noise = 60dB, P1 prepulse = 63dB, P2 prepulse = 66dB, P3 prepulse = 69dB, P4 prepulse = 72dB & startling pulse = 110dB. Prepulse-pulse interval = 50ms. %PPI = 100*(ST110-PP#)/ST110
