Export Page
- Welcome to the export page. From here a user can
retrieve the data displayed on the previous page.
Export: ...
The first section of the table provides the various
formats that are available for data export.
- MS Excel: This will
create an excel spreadsheet that is downloaded to
the users machine.
- Text, comma separated:
This will print to screen plain text entries. Each row
provides information on one mutation, with all the data
points separated by a comma. This type of file can
be read into most modern spreadsheet programs.
- Text, tab separated:
This will print to screen plain text entries. Each row
provides information on one mutation, with all the data
points separated by a tab. This type of file can
be read into most modern spreadsheet programs.
- HTML: This will print to
screen an HTML formatted table. Each row
provides information on one mutation.
Actions
All available actions for navigation through the site
can be found here.
- Selecting Export will enter the chosen
selection and move the user to the exported data page, or prompt for
a location to save the exported file.
