Mutation Data Page
- Welcome to the mutation data page. This page contains
a table of detailed information about each mutation in the
selected row of the details table found on the main display page.
Counts on top of each page :
counts on selection of positive data with/without filters :

- Mutated Samples: Counts unique mutated samples based on sample name and current row's tissue type and filters selected.
- Observed Sequence Changes: counts all mutations for selected gene and with the current row's tissue type and filters selected. It counts a mutation in same sample as a separate count if it has different mutation, sample name, phenotype, zygosity, study, sample source or somatic status.
- Entries: Counts the number of rows displayed.
- Distinct samples : Counts the number of distinct samples displayed on the basis of sample name and current row's tissue type and filters selected.
Table Data
The table is arranged to contain a separate mutation
on each row, with the various data points separated
into columns.
- Sample Name: The name of the sample that the mutation was found in.
- Sample Id: The id of
the sample that the mutation was found in.
- AA Mutation: The change that has occurred in the peptide sequence as a result of the mutation.
- CDS Mutation:The change that has occurred in the nucleotide sequence as a result of the mutation .
- Primary Tissue: The primary
tissue from which the sample originated.
- Tissue Subtype 1: Further sub
classifications of the samples tissue of origin.
- Tissue Subtype 2: Further sub
classifications of the samples tissue of origin.
- Histology: The
histological classification of the sample
- Histology Subtype 1: Further
histological classifications of the sample
- Histology Subtype 2: Further
histological classifications of the sample
- Pubmed Id: The ID for the paper
that the sample was noted in.
- CGP Study: The CGP ID for the study that the sample was noted in.
- Somatic Status: Information on whether the sample was reported to be Confirmed Somatic, Previously Reported or Variant of unknown origin.
- Sample Source: The Source of the sample Tumour sample, Cultured sample or NS.
- Zygosity: Information on whether
the mutation was reported to be homozygous or heterozygous
within the sample.
- Genomic Co-ordinates: The cooridnates where the mutation has occured.
