Renal Matched Pair Tumour Set

View all Studies
Summary

To complement our pilot matched-pair cell line screen of mixed cancer types through 4000 genes for somatic mutations, we have undertaken a deeper screen of the same genes in a single tumour type - clear cell carcinoma of the kidney. Clear cell cancer accounts for the vast majority of kidney cancers diagnosed. These data are derived from mutation screening of 96 primary tumours.

Somatic mutation data will be released on a bi-monthly basis with verified and annotated somatic mutations accrued in the prior two months being released in each cycle.

For ease of viewing/navigation, genes are organised into categories according to general families and functions.
