This web page explains how you can access the sequence trace files and genotype (Affymetrix 10K and SNP6.0) data generated
from screens carried out by the Cancer Genome Project.
Due to confidential nature of this data, users must agree to and sign a data access agreement form before being allowed access to the archive. Please choose the most appropriate agreement from those listed below.
The trace data is stored by tumour sample in standard ZTR compressed format. The 10K genotype data has been made available for each sample
as a standard text file. For SNP6.0, both cel files and fig files available for each sample. Our next generation sequence data is now available from the European Genome Phenome Archive (EGA)
