Danio rerio Sequencing Project:

Sequencing the genome following two strategies: clone mapping and sequencing from BAC and PAC libraries and whole genome shotgun sequencing with subsequent assembly.

C57BL/6J Mouse Sequencing:

5 times coverage of the genome of mouse strain C57BL/6J using the shotgun sequencing approach

Idd regions in the NOD Mouse Genome:

Genome from 2 NOD mouse BAC libraries (NOD/MrkTac and CHORI-29)

Xenopus tropicalis:
