From this page, you can access the L. major Friedlin genome project sequences. The data include those generated by the Seattle Biomedical Research Institute and the Sanger Institute.
Please read the data release policy.
Data sets are updated approximately every week, and are stored as finished (clone.seq, fasta), unfinished (clone.unfinished, fasta), and annotated EMBL formats (clone.embl). The sequences are placed in individual chromosome directories, e.g. LM23 is chromosome 23. Entire chromosome sequences are also available, e.g. chr 1, found in directory LM1.
- DNA sequence data, chromosome by chromosome, fasta and EMBL formats.
- DNA sequence database e.g. contigs_000704 (fasta, Sanger data only) ALWAYS choose the most recent contigs file!
- Protein sequence database (fasta).
