Parasitic Helminth Genomes
Overview

As part of the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute's Five Year Plan, a major programme of Helminth sequencing is underway. Initially reference genomes are planned, which will include high coverage sequencing with some finishing. These will be followed by draft coverage whole genome shotgun sequencing of comparator species. All data from these projects are immediately and freely available. Please read our data release policy and guidelines and conditions on use of data.
