Zebrafish RepeatMasker Server

This RepeatMasker service screens DNA sequences in fasta format against a library of repetitive elements identified for zebrafish and returns a masked query sequence.

The masking uses the latest library of manually annotated repeats from Repbase, downloaded in January 2009.

For enquiries please mail zfish-help@sanger.ac.uk.

SEQUENCE DATA

Paste your sequence here. FASTA format or just plain text will do.

If you enter a multi-sequence FASTA block the internal sequence checking will be disabled. You should therefore ensure that the data you supply is valid FASTA block.

The library used for repeatmasking is based on the Repbase library of annotated zebrafish repeats.

OR upload a sequence file you wish to mask
OR enter a zebrafish clone accession you wish to mask
You may also specify a pipe ("|") separated list of accession's
