Community Annotation displayed as DAS source

The Zv8 assembly is built on a majorly improved clone and scaffold path as detailed here. We are still working on improving the sequence and would therefore welcome your comments on regions you found incorrect. Your feedback is visible in genome browsers like Ensembl via a DAS (Distributed Annotation System) source. The source 'Community Annotation' is registered with the DAS registry.

In Ensembl, you can configure (if it isn't already) the DAS source by choosing 'Add custom data to page' from the left hand menu. Choose 'Attach DAS' and hit 'Next'. Select 'Community Annotation' and hit 'Next', then 'Close'.

If you want to check the latest clone path, you can do so using the live Chromoview browser.
