EMBL submissions

The data obtained from clone sequencing is is submitted to EMBL at several stages:

• unfinished clone sequences

• finished clone sequences

• manually annotated clone sequences

Once finished, the zebrafish clones get analysed by an automatic pipeline including programs like RepeatMasker, Blast etc. Based on this data the clones are manually annotated following the guidelines developed by the havana team.
