Introduction

This page provides an easy way of accessing the completed C. elegans genome sequence which is comprised from 3,268 sequenced cosmid and YAC clones. The C. elegans genome sequence is finished and contiguated but occasional corrections are made based on cDNA data. Such corrections are typically substitutions and small indels. The latest data is now made available via the WormBase website
