Young, Matthew

My work focuses on integrating single cell RNA-seq data with bulk DNA and RNA sequencing to better understand tumour's origins and the biological consequences of the somatic mutations which drive cancer. I have a particular interest in childhood cancers and developing and applying computational methods to make sense of these data.
