Mr Sangjin Lee | PhD Student

Lee, Sangjin

Sangjin is a PhD student co-supervised by Peter Campbell and Richard Durbin. He is interested in developing methods to detect somatic mutations and structural rearrangements in rare diseases, cancer genomes and other organisms using long-reads from Pacific Biosciences and Oxford Nanopore Technology. In addition, he is also interested in understanding how the three-dimensional genome organisation has changed across species across time and how the three-dimensional genome configuration changes during cancer’s development.
