Kartik Chundru, Vignesh

Kartik is a postdoctoral fellow whose work is focusing on the study of recessive variation in the Deciphering Developmental Disorders dataset. Kartik is also interested in understanding the contribution of autozygosity to risk of common disease. During his Ph.D. he worked on understanding the genetic architecture underlying DNA methylation in the human genome, and developed methods to improve statistical fine-mapping.
