Dr Angèle Bénard | Former Senior Staff Scientist

This person is a member of Sanger Institute Alumni.

Bénard, Angèle

I was a senior scientist at the Sanger Institute, interested in infectious diseases of global health relevance and international health management.

I was involved in several research projects dealing with host-pathogen interactions, diganostic test development and genomics of various pathogens such as Chlamydia trachomatis, Vibrio cholerae and Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

I have experience in immunology and microbiology of mycobacterial diseases.
