PhD application form
If you would like to apply to the 4-year PhD programme at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, please complete the application form below. Please note that you must fill in all sections of the form. If a question does not apply to you, please enter na in the response box.
Applications closing date
The closing date for applications (including two completed referees forms) is Unable to read file: /workstudy/phd/application-closing-date.inc It is your responsibilty to ensure that your chosen referees send the reference request form by the application closing date. Please note that without the references your application will not be processed.

If submission of your application is successful, you will receive an automatic email reply to the email address you supplied on the application form. If you do not receive an email confirmation following your submission, you may have either supplied an incorrect email address or the submission was not successful. If you are sure that your email address is correct and you fail to receive an automatic confirmation from us, try resubmitting the form. If this still fails, please contact the Graduate Programme Office.
