Andrew Whitwham | Senior Software Developer

Whitwham, Andrew

I am mostly involved in writing software for assembly, alignment and finishing.

I contribute to Biobambam and Gap5.

I mostly work in C, C++, Perl and a little Tcl/Tk. I have programmed (professionally and otherwise) in Java, Python and PHP. Occasionally I will mess around with databases but only if I have to.
