Our HR Services department is consistently developing and reviewing its services in order to provide the best customer experience. Human Resources is a dynamic environment requiring quick adjustability, imaginitive thinking and innovative solutions. As HR Payroll & Information Co-ordinator my role is to manage the payroll function and to provide help and advice to staff about their pay and benefits. This is a constantly changing landscape and it is vital to keep abreast of statutory and legal changes so that I can provide the best service to both to staff and the Institute. In my 14 years service at the Sanger Institute, it has undergone many changes and has evolved to become a much more complex organization than when I first joined.

It is a privilige to work with such talented people and to know that my role contributes to the remarkable science that takes place in our Institute.
