Comparative Genomic Hybridisation

Summary

The tumour samples and cancer cell lines being analysed by the Cancer Genome Project for small intragenic somatic mutations in the protein kinase genes have also been assessed for variation in copy number using Affymetrix 10K mapping SNP microarrays.

Testis tumours

13 of the primary testis tumours that were screened for somatic mutations in the protein kinase genes were assessed for copy number changes. There are individual images for each sample for chromosomes 1 to 22 and X. Note, there is no data for chromosome Y.
