The tumour samples and cancer cell lines being analysed by the Cancer
Genome Project for small intragenic somatic mutations in the protein
kinase genes have also been assessed for variation in copy number
using Affymetrix 10K mapping SNP microarrays.

| Breast tumours and cell lines |
|
16 of the primary breast tumours and 9 of the breast cancer cell lines that were
screened for somatic mutations in the protein kinase genes were assessed
for copy number changes (insufficient DNA was available for the other samples).
The data from this analysis is available as summary tables of gain and losses. There
are also individual images for each sample for chromosomes 1 to 22 and X. Note, there
is no data for chromosome Y.
