GRAFT

Summary

GRAFT (Genomic Rearrangement Assembly For Tumours) is an algorithm designed to time rearrangements. This algorithm uses integer allelic copy number (from PICNIC for example), associated aberrantly mapping paired end read data, and point mutation data. More details can be found in:

All code has been made available under a BSD license and shall continue to be developed under this agreement. This code requires Matlab with the statistics toolbox.
