CancerIT BioView

Summary
BioView was born out of the Standalone AutoCSA mutation detection project. The initial version contains a suite of tools for generating lightweight chromatogram images from any trace file that can be cast as a biojava chromatogram interface. Although this functionality is available under BioJava 1.4, this is a much simpler implementation so is much easier to use, understand and customise.

The intention is to expand this initial package to include graphic rendering tools for other types of biological data that are commonly visualised. The aim is to continue to produce a simple, lightweight and easy to understand API.

Please see the external project page for new features and enhancements.

All BioView code has been made available under a BSD license and shall continue to be developed under this agreement.
