This short intervention is useful for peope at all levels of leadership in life sciences research. It is available on a rolling basis, lasts 2.5 hours, and enhances your awareness of your strengths and development areas.

This is a short intervention that can be accessed either as a standalone opportunity or as part of our five bespoke management programmes.

Course description

360 Degree Feedback will enhance your awareness of your strengths and development areas. It's the process of comparing your perceptions of your skills and behaviours to the viewpoints of others who work closely with you.

This 360 Degree Feedback will provide you with rich and meaningful feedback, with a particular emphasis on evaluating your management and leadership skills. It will leave you with some invaluable insights to help you become an even more effective leader. You will be encouraged to use this feedback to further enhance your development and create a development plan.

This course will be followed up with a 1-1 feedback session.
