This is a temporary website for displaying new parasite life cycle ontology terms. Any comments will be gratefully received.

The ontology is a prototype at the moment and only provides a controlled vocabulary to describe developmental stages for malaria parasites and Trypanosoma brucei. It is hope that more parasites will be included.
