Data Release Statement
This sequencing centre plans on publishing the
completed and annotated sequences in a peer-reviewed journal as soon as possible.
Permission of the principal investigator should be obtained before publishing
analyses of the sequence/open reading frames/genes on a chromosome or genome scale.
The Sanger Institute Pathogen Sequencing
Unit has sequenced 25,000 cDNAs from this organism
in collaboration with Mark Blaxter at
the University of Edinburgh .
The sequences can be downloaded from the
ftp site.
For more information about parasitic nematodes and related genome
projects see the Blaxter Lab web
site .
