~200 hybridisations performed using Generation I arrays
Generation II arrays, with added features (plasmids, others) completed, in use.

Genome arrays (~9000 genes) validated.

Plasmodium falciparum

Chromosome 2 test arrays made (long oligos (70mers), PCR products), tested, abandoned.
Affymetrix (scrMalaria) chips now in use.

Schistosoma mansoni

EST libraries sequenced, arrays printed.
