ExplorerCat-Pf is a web application that allows you to explore catalogues of genetic variation for Plasmodium Falciparum. Catalogues will be udpated regularly. This alpha version of the site allows you to explore the data that supports the PGV paper. Tested with Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, IE support to be added.
